The refectory church of the Holy Apostle John the Theologian in the St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery is an outstanding monument of the Ukrainian Baroque, the oldest building of the monastery. It was built in 1713-15. This is the only church that has survived in the monastery after its destruction during the Soviet era.
