Viktor Nekrasov (1911–1987) - Kyiv writer, front-line fighter, dissident. Nekrasov's last years were spent in Paris; the writer was awarded the Order of the Legion of Honor. A bronze memorial plaque to Viktor Nekrasov was installed on the facade of the building in Passage in 1990. On the sides of the portrait of the writer, places of Kyiv and Paris related to the first years of his life are depicted, as well as landmarks of Kyiv, Paris, New York and other cities about which he wrote.
