Serhiy Volkov (1935 - 2016) - a scientist in the field of physical and inorganic chemistry and chemistry of ionic melts, the founder of the scientific school of high-temperature coordination chemistry. A memorial plaque to Sergei Volkov is installed in the Passage, at the address of his former residence. Was unveiled on July 18, 2019.
