Osip Mandelstam (1891 - 1939) - poet, novelist, literary critic, one of the greatest Russian poets of the XX century. A memorial plaque to Osip and Nadezhda Mandelstam is installed on the facade of the house where the poet and his wife lived in the 1920s. Opened on July 5, 2018. It was unveiled on July 5, 2018.
