Leonid Telyatnikov (1951-2004) - a firefighter, during the liquidation of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant led the first firefighters who arrived to eliminate the accident. A memorial plaque to Leonid Telyatnikov is installed on the facade of the building where the officer worked in 1986-1993. Was unveiled on April 26, 2006.
