The monument to the first tram in Kyiv (memorial sign of the first electric tram line) was unveiled in 1992, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the launch of the first tram. It is installed in the post office area near the building where the traction substation of the first tram was located. The monument is a bronze sculpture attached to a granite faceted pillar on a pedestal. The multi-figure composition depicts an old tram car with passengers in an energetic perspective.
