Among the buildings of the upper part of Lyuteranska Street, a three-story residential building at No. 33 stands out. The building multiplies the architectural and artistic potential of the development of the street, supports its dominant stylistic features.The five-part symmetrical facade of the house with a central bay window is made in modernized Renaissance-Baroque forms. The motif of vases is used in the sculptural decor. The writer Kostyantyn Paustovsky lived in this house during his childhood. The residential building at Lyuteranska 33 is an architectural monument (protected number 151).
