St. Sergius Church is located near the main gate of the Lower part of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and the First City Infectious Disease Hospital. The temple is dedicated to one of the most famous and revered saints of Rus - St. Sergius of Radonezh (XIV century). The church was built in 2010 in the building of the former Lavra water tower from 1879-1880, which was in a dilapidated state. Above the entrance is a mosaic icon of the heavenly patron of the temple - St. Sergius.
