The Church of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called is located on the territory of the Far Caves of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, namely behind the building above the entrance to the caves.
In the 2000s, an icon-painting workshop operated in the building. After restoration work, as a result of which the building was converted into a temple, it was consecrated on July 6, 2016.
