Coat of arms of Mykhailo Myklashevsky

Mykhailo Myklashevsky – Cossack colonel, general chorunzhy, general esaul of the Zaporizhzhia Army. He died in 1706 in battle and was buried in the Vydubychi Monastery. His grave has not been preserved.

In 1696-1701, St. George Cathedral and the Transfiguration Refectory Church were built at the monastery at the colonel's expense. Above the entrance portal of the Transfiguration Church in a figured cartouche is the stucco coat of arms of Mykhailo Myklashevsky.
