The "Saint Javelin" mural was commissioned by Christian Borys, the founder of the Canadian-Ukrainian brand Saint Javelin. Christian Borys, a Canadian with Ukrainian roots, created the "Saint Javelin" meme and started selling stickers in Canada and the USA with the goal of sending all proceeds to charity for Ukraine. A month after the start of the war, it was possible to collect more than 1 million dollars. The art object was created by artists from the creative group Kailas-V — Yana Vovk and Andriy Palval. The work was completed on May 24, 2022.
Note that one of the courthouses is decorated with a mural in honor of Petro Franko.
