The square park on Volodymyrsky proyіzd is located on a site bounded by Mala Zhytomyrska and Alla Tarasova streets.
In the center of the green zone there is a fountain, which is about 125 years old. This is one of the cast-iron fountains cast in 1899-1901 at the Kyiv plant of Oleksiy Termen. After the reconstruction of the square in 2020-2021, this “small” Termen’s fountain was equipped with lighting. At the same time, the pavement of the paths, the retaining wall and the stairs were repaired, new benches and urns were installed, street lighting lamps made in the style of the late 19th - early 20th century. The park was landscaped and equipped with a modern irrigation system.

Its main living decoration is hydrangea bushes, which are distinguished by flowering throughout the summer and the ability not to lose their decorative effect after flowering. Pine trees enrich the square with a palette of shades of green and dove-colored needles. The attention of visitors is attracted by birches of the Dorenbos variety. The white Elegantisima turf hedge serves as a protection zone from the roadway. Perennial grasses add variety - spikelets of cereal grasses, decorative leaves, arrays of shade-loving ferns - fill the square with colors and texture.
