Isaak Tartakovsky (1912 - 2002) was a Ukrainian artist and graphic artist. Author of portraits of famous Ukrainians: L. Revutsky, P. Tychyna, N. Uzhviy, H. Yablonskaya and many others. For the gallery of portraits of the best workers of the plant “Bolshevik” the artist was awarded the title “Master of Golden Hands”.
The memorial plaque to Isaak Tartakovsky is installed on the facade of the house where the artist lived and worked in 1958-2002.
