Yevhen Hrebinka (1812 - 1848) - Ukrainian writer, translator, teacher, public figure. A memorial plaque to Yevhen Hrebinka is installed on the facade of the building, where in the XIX century stood the best in the city "Green Hotel", which housed a prominent Ukrainian writer. It was unveiled on February 27, 2017.
