The monument to a rescuer and a police officer is located near the headquarters of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and not far from the headquarters of the National Police.
The sculpture depicts a tired police officer and rescuer sharing a bottle of water. It symbolizes the cooperation between the State Emergency Service and the police in saving lives. When creating the sculpture, the authors took into account all the details: handcuffs, carabiners, numbers, badges, flashlights, cylinders, belts, and masks are present here in cases or without, and in the right quantities.
The monument was unveiled on Rescuer Day on September 17, 2021.
