The house at 13B Yaroslavska Street is a typical example of a dwelling house of a Podil tradesman in the first half of the 19th century. The building was erected in the style of classicism - a wooden one-story building on a stone basement floor, L-shaped in plan, with a tin roof. The plinth and the corner wall of the five-window facade are rusticated, the rectangular window openings are framed with profiled architraves. The facade wall is completed with a profiled cornice. Decorative elements, in particular, pilasters, platbands, cornice - wooden overhead.
The building was demolished on the night of August 10, 2023. At that moment he was almost 200 years old.
