The house at 8/32 Nahirna Street is located in the Tatarka area and rises above Kurenivka.The building is an architectural accent of the area and has great urban planning significance, besides it is one of the largest residential buildings in Kyiv of its period. It was built in 1938-1940 according to the project of architect Semen Barzylovych. Decorated in the style of Soviet neoclassicism. Both sections are accentuated on the sides by risalites with pilasters. The space above the windows of the second and third, and on the risalites of the fourth floors is decorated with inserts with floral ornaments made in the sgraffito technique.
On March 21, 2024, the building was damaged as a result of russian rocket fire on Kyiv.
