The Chicago Central House residential complex is located in the center of Kyiv, a block from the “Olimpiyska” metro station.
The house was built in 2016-2019 in the style of Chicago architecture, and stands out against the background of urban development with its interesting design.
The house was built using monolithic frame technology, panoramic glazing was used in the decoration of the facades. The building has a two-level underground parking and commercial and office premises on the first two floors. The 24-story business-class residential complex includes 195 apartments, two-level housing is located on the top floors. The facades of the building are made in neutral colors - beige, gray and malachite. The height of the building is about 75 meters.
A unique element of the residential complex Chicago Central House is a glass cube with a unique digital sculpture on the first floor, from the side of the intersection of Antonovycha and Zhylyanska Streets.
