A two-story brick building at 18 Andriivskyi Uzviz is located to the right of the Theater on Podol building. The house was built in 1891 as a profitable house and is an architectural monument (protected No. 652-KV).
The building is distinguished by a bright entrance door. The entrance to the yard is located on the right side of the building.
