House No. 10 on Andriivskyi Uzviz was built in the first half of the 19th century and is a cultural monument.
This is a "five-window" typical of Kyiv at that time, with the so-called "exemplary facade No. 2", popular in urban development in 1802-12. Almost half of the city was built with such houses, and now there are almost none of them left.
In April 2012, during the reconstruction of the descent, adjacent houses No. 10A and 10B (19th century), which were part of the same complex of buildings, were destroyed. In the early 2020s, the house was renovated.
