The estate at 20 Antonovycha Street is a typical example of urban planning of the early 20th century.
History
A narrow section of the estate in the depths of the block is fenced off from its neighbors by a fence. It consists of the main apartment building, behind which three wings were built parallel to the street. All houses were built at the same time, by order of F. Zenchenko, probably according to the design of the Kyiv architect F. Oltarzhevsky.

Architecture
The main five-story building, with a basement, made of brick. The building is T-shaped in plan with four apartments per floor. The main facade is made in Art Nouveau forms, symmetrical, with a central flat rectangular projection. In the western parts there are balconies with openwork metal bars. The laconic, expressive forms of the facade are complemented by ornamental reliefs.
