The building at 102 Dmytrivska street was built in 1910. The owners, and this is the Chudnov family, used it as an apartment building. The building is three-story, brick. The facade is symmetrical about the central axis, on which the main entrance is located. On the left side is the entrance to the courtyard. There, the owners built a four-storey outbuilding (102A) shortly after the main house. These two buildings, like the neighboring one (104), are now empty and abandoned.
