In 2009, a small two-story building at 27 Borychiv Tik Street was proposed by the Main Department of Cultural Heritage Protection for inclusion in the list of monuments of architecture and urban planning.
It is known that in the 1890s the building belonged to the orthodox priest Ivan Pravikov, and at the end of the 1890s it came into the possession of the Chernyavsky family. As of 2016, the mansion is in a state of disrepair, and homeless people have been living in it for the past few years. As of October 2022, the building has turned into ruins.
