The house on Lyuteranska Street 32A was built in the Art Nouveau style designed by Kyiv architect Fedor Oltarzhevsky and belongs to the group of monuments of retrospective architecture of the early 20th century. It is a city's monument of architecture and monumental art. Entrepreneurs V. Mosert and G. Kirchheim owned the profitable complex. In the 2000s, the house was set on fire several times and today it is abandoned.
