The mansion on 12 Institutskaya Street was built in 1871 by architect Mikhail Samonov by order of General Fyodor Trepov. The house belongs to a small group of buildings that have survived from the manor house on the street in the second half of the 19 century. It is one of the oldest houses in Lypky and an architectural monument of local significance.
